15. When the Church tells you its ok to
pray to Mary and for the dead, and the
Lord God commands you to pray to none other that Him, in whom do you put
your trust?
By her saying yes to God and giving birth to Jesus, Mary
cooperated by her obedience, faith ,hope and burning charity in the
Savior's work of saving souls. The same motherhood that began with
the angel and continued on unwavered beneath the cross continues
while she is in heaven. She prays to God and to her Son on our
behalf acting as mother to all who pick up the cross and follow
Jesus. In this we place our trust in God. |
